Due to the high volume of daily applications, Furniture Bank now only serves referred clients from recognized social service, faith based, and helping agencies in the greater Phoenix area.
Please have your case manager, advocate, or counselor apply. There is a mandatory fee of at least $500 to participate in our program to help with the costs.
Due to insurance and safety regulations, we will NOT allow clients to visit our facilities or arrange for their own pick-up and delivery of the items. We ask our participating families and individuals to pay at least $250 towards the delivery and set up of the furniture and furnishings we supply for them. Their part depends upon where they live and logistics involved to get furniture and furnishings to them. It costs us $700 on average per client to supply furniture, furnishings, and have the items professionally delivered. We are blessed to have a professional commercial moving company that assists us by delivering the furniture to our clients. They do this for a greatly reduced cost. They are licensed and bonded and understand our special clients.
